Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists’ day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee.

All appointments will be billed as per the scheduled treatment time, so please don’t be late. Please note that we are not authorized to use extended health care plans to cover the cost of missed appointments, so any missed appointments are required to be paid directly by the client.

Nadeem completed his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Western Ontario in 2003 and holds an Athletic Therapy degree from Concordia University. He is an experienced physiotherapist who is well-versed in a broad range of treatment techniques. His sessions involve a combination of manual therapy, soft tissue release, nervous system mobilization, and corrective exercises. He holds additional training in K-taping, acupuncture, and the McKenzie method of treatment for neck and back pain. Nadeem’s passion for physiotherapy began when he himself needed treatment after sustaining multiple injuries playing hockey. Dr. Elizabeth Barr is a chiropractor with seven years of professional experience in the health, wellness and fitness realm. She completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Kinesiology from McMaster University, after which she went on to complete her Registered Kinesiology (R.Kin) examination and licensing. She worked as an R.Kin in several roles, including medico-legal assessments, personal training, medical transcription, and finally as a chiropractic and physiotherapists assistant in a multi-disciplinary clinical setting. He has over 8 years experience in teaching and helping individuals develop their life physically and spiritually. Amie tries to “listen” to the muscles and joints are trying to tell us, whether it be through postural imbalances, tension, inflammation or over-use. The best part of her day is meeting and treating clients, helping them achieve better movement, massaging away any aches and pains.
